Reservations must be made by March 7, 2008. After that date, rooms may not be available and our group rate will not apply. Please register early. Hotel check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 Noon. You must cancel your room reservation seven days prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night's stay.

Room Rates:
The hotel rate for Singles/Doubles is $199.00 per night.

NOTE: The hotel will honor the special rotary rate of $199 per night for 3 days before and after the event.

There will be planned fellowship opportunities in addition to the NUMEROUS resort activities available to guests at Chateau Elan.

Hotel Reservations:

An advanced deposit of one night's room rate and tax is required to guarantee your reservation. The Hotel Reservation form must be either made online or phoned to Chateau Elan and the deposit may be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diner's Club.

More Free Time Needed?

Remember that Chateau Elan is honoring our conference room rate before and after the conference. Rotarians have the option of choosing to add a day up to three days on either side of the established conference dates to really take advantage of Chateau Elan RESORT. Book extra days when you make your room reservation and enjoy a relaxing time at the spa, the winery, the golf course, the art gallery, the tennis courts, the equestrian center, the pool, the fitness center, in cooking classes, etc. or the countless activies in nearby metroploitan Atlanta.

Dinner Reservations:

Dinner reservations are NOT required for any of the three nights as these are all included in the Conference Registration cost and dinners are planned each night for the group

Registration:

The registration will be at a reduced cost. However, all persons wishing to participate in the fellowship, receptions, events, and/or awards banquet, MUST be registered for the conference. (Simply put, please register your spouse/guest so that they may enjoy the Saturday evening banquet and other activities. Everyone must be registered for the conference to attend the Saturday Awards Banquet and other Conference functions.)
