I look forward to welcoming you to Chateau Élan in the north Georgia foothills, 40 minutes north of Atlanta, Georgia for our annual District Conference. This year’s Rotary theme is Rotary Shares and we are prepared to share with you the wonderful accomplishments of District 7690.

District Conference gives us the opportunity to share the successes of our clubs and experience fellowship with our GSE Team from District 3500 in Taiwan.

District Conference Chairs Andy Bills and Michael Amos along with their committee have done an extraordinary job of putting together a conference that will excite, invigorate, and renew our enthusiasm for Rotary.

There will be opportunities to visit the Atlanta Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, and other Atlanta attractions. Château Élan is passionate about golf, so it is no wonder that the 18-hole championship Château and Woodlands courses are considered among the finest in Georgia.

Linda and I look forward to being with you and sharing the experiences we have had during the year. It has been a thrilling experience and a great honor to be your District Governor this year and we are excited about the opportunities we have to Share Rotary.
