Conference Registration: Full payment is due with the registration form and may be made by check or credit card. Cancellations postmarked by April 2, 2008 will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations or changes in registration must be in writing and will not be accepted after April 2, 2008. Early registration discount deadline has been extended to February 22, 2008. Registration:

All persons wishing to participate in the fellowship, receptions, Dueling Pianos, and awards banquet, MUST be registered for the conference.

Conference Registration:

The Conference Registration will be $195 per person if paid by February 22nd, 2008 and includes breakfast and dinners as well as special entertainment and other amenities throughout the conference. However, all persons wishing to participate in the fellowship, plenary sessions, receptions, parties, Dueling Pianos, and awards banquet, MUST be registered for the conference. SIMPLY put, please complete conference registration for your spouse/guest so that they may enjoy the Saturday evening banquet and other activities.

Dinner Reservations:

Dinner reservations are NOT required for any of the three nights as these are all included in the Conference Registration cost and dinners are planned each night for the group

Children at Chateau Elan:

Children staying in their parents' room will not need to be registered for the conference. Contact Margaret Padgett for more information at (336) 885 - 7690.

More Free Time Needed?

Remember that Chateau Elan is honoring our conference room rate before and after the conference. Rotarians have the option of choosing to add a day or two on either side of the established conference dates to really take advantage of Chateau Elan RESORT. Book extra days when you make your room reservation and enjoy a relaxing time at the spa, the golf courses, the swimming pool, the tennis courts, the shops, etc.

Dinner Attire:

Reservations have already been made for you for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday dinners as these are included in the registration. Attire is business casual for Thursday and Friday with coat and tie required for Saturday evening's awards banquet.
